Upon arrival at 3:30 pm, my stay at the hotel had some drawbacks with unupdated rooms from the '50s and disturbances from noisy guests in the halls and adjoining rooms. I encountered unauthorized charges and plan to contact my bank and the BBB. On the positive side, the front desk staff, Ofelia and Joyce, were pleasant and apologized for issues during my stay.
